A.M. meeting minutes for 4/7/2022
Lions in person: Lion’s Ray, Ron, Al, Don, Joan, Bill H., Steve, Leslye, Anne, Herb, Kent, and Charlie.
Zoom -Would not connect due to internet issue. Lion’s Dagi, John, Trevor and Bill R., was not able attend do to the issue at the Country Inn.

Tail Twister – Tail Twister Lion Herb collected donations from club members. Lion Al rolled the dice for his Birthday and paid the piper.
P.M. Meeting Review –
Guest – Los Gatos Lion Stan Wiseman was present and campaigning for his election to District 4C6 2nd Vice District Governor. His presentation established his history and accomplishments as a Lion.
Golf Tournament – The 2021-2022 Annual Charity Golf Tournament was discussed. Everything is ready to go, if you are available to assist on that day, let Lion Ray know, we will need some volunteers. Notify Lion Ray of any golfers you know will be attending. So far one Silver Sponsor (Foursome) and two Tee Sponsors paid.
ROV – The Primary Election is coming up May 28th through June 7, 2022, again we are trying to provide volunteers to the Registrar of Voters. So far, we will be able to match the efforts accomplished in the last election. Contact Lion Al to volunteer.
Cupertino Earth Day – A brief discussion was held regarding the April 23, 2022, Cupertino Earth Day. Lions Joan, Barb, Leslye, Al, and Ray have volunteered to attend on a Saturday 4/23/2022 at 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Cupertino City Hall. Great time to interface with kids and introduce the public to Lionism.
Club Officers – Final announcement of Lions confirmed as willing to serve as officer and director positions for the 2022-2024 fiscal period was read. Final day for nominations is 4/8/2022.
TCI Party – Apparently, the reserved date of July 16th for the Club Installation, Tail Twister Party and Charter Day is in jeopardy for attendance. An attempt will be made to move the date to July 17th.
Good of the Order –
Lion Joan said the City of Cupertino compost is now available. She will set up a date to get some for the Camp Via garden.
Lion Ray asked if anyone had the clubs Brag Board. Lion Ron checked the storage locker and it was not there. Lion Dagi would like to update it. Please let Lion Dagi or Lion Ray know if you have it.
Lion Steve said the next crab feed is scheduled for February 4, 2023.
Final reading of club officers confirmed for 2022 – 2023 year.
Lion John may still be contacted if you wish to attend the San Rafael Vision Clinic on 5/15/2022 to assist.
Lion Al said if anyone is interested in the clubs Treasury position please contact him so he can set it up.
