Any future projects of this nature must undergo an in-depth discussion of venue and County Health Department regulations.

A discussion was had regarding advanced preparations for the Thanksgiving Food Drive. The contract with the IOOF Hall has been signed and the Insurance documents received. Arrangements are in the works for the Refer Truck rental. As of now it appears collections of food will be allowed.
