Guests/Visitors: None.
Motions made, seconded and Resolutions passed or defeated: None.
Lion Ron dispensed with the reading of the previous meeting since they were published.
Agenda Items 1 & 2: A review of the PM Group Meeting on 5/5/2021 by Lion Al. An in-depth discussion of the 2021-2022 Golf Classic ensued. Lion Kent was present and is in discussion with the City of Cupertino regarding an event possibly encompassing golf at the Black Berry Golf Course and a meal at Black Berry Park. It is anticipated there will be decisions made on or about May 18, 2021 and subsequent information presented to the Board at that time.
R4D is now anticipated to occur in the spring of 2022. Minutes of the PM Group Meeting have not yet been published.
Agenda Item 3: Lion Joan reporting that the VIA Camp Garden produce is increasing. Bags of produce provided during April was seven hundred (700) valued at two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per bag. Also, two hundred and fifty (250) plants donated along with the

produce. Two hundred and twenty-two (222) labor hours by volunteers in April 2021 and a commitment by the Scales of Justice Lions Club to provide additional assistance.
Good of the Order: Delegates are needed for the upcoming District 4C6 Convention in San Jose. Please contact Lion Ray if you may be of assistance.
Lion Al has agreed to serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the 2021-2022 fiscal year upon being duly elected.
