Call to order at 1845 Hours (6:45 PM) by Lion Prez Jeff
Lion Al seated as Secretary Pro-tem.
Lion Board Members Present: Jeff, Ray, Charles, Jen, Claire and Andrea. (Quorum)
Lion Guests: Lions Simran,Leslye,Venkat, Al and Siva Gandikota.
Motions: None..
Discussions:
1. Fiscal YTD Balance Sheet Reports by Lion Al.
2. Project Linus March 28th at 6:30 PM at the ODD Fellows Hall.
3. Dennis Whitaker event March 31,2019 De Anza Lions Booth.
4. Earth Day 4/13/2019 11:00 to 3:00 PM Booth next to LEO’s.
5. 2019 4C6 Convention, San Ramon 5/18/2019 see Lion Al for registration.
6. 2019 Golf Classic June 22, 2019, need volunteers for Raffle and Silent Auction
Items, see Lion Ray ASAP. After Golf Party at Lion Leslye’s 7/13/2019.
7. R4D Extensive Report and exchange by Lions Simran, Venkat and Siva Gandikota
(prospective). 5/5/2019 solid date and event will be within Cupertino.
8. Extensive discussion regarding By-Laws, Officers and Directors for the 2019-2020
Lion Year and Membership database.
No actions taken by the Board of Directors, however, all discussions lead to further actions to be
taken by the Board Members and other Lions.
