Tail Twister: “Pro” Lion Eli extracted his usual fines and forfeitures.

Guests/Visitors: Ellen and Barb.
Prospective LEOs: Eli, Nicholas, Anna, Lucia and Levi.
This special meeting of the PM Group was moved from its original 6/5/2019
Regular Meeting date to accommodate attendance.

Lions Al and Steve attended one day of 4c6 Convention in San Ramon, CA. Club votes were cast and most time spent socializing with District Lions.
Lion Joan briefly reported three days of work performed at Camp Via West by approximately five Lions. Annual renovation of campfire areas. Confidential Document agk/je

Lion Jenni distributed Thank You and Appreciation letters from each of seventy-five Kathryn Hughes Elementary School third graders attending a Flag Day BBQ by De Anza Lions on 5/31/2019. A very successful annual event. Look for the photos online.
A discussion was held regarding the upcoming Budget Committee Meeting and the current budget. The meeting will be held on Saturday June 15th, 2019 in Lion Al’s garage. The current budget will be fully expended by 6/30/2019.
A lengthy in-depth discussion was held regarding the June 22, 2019 Annual Golf Classic. Lions Ray, Jenni and Carl gave current status of all Day Of activities requesting help and current information. Lion Al indicated revenue was approximately 50% of funds budgeted. Effort appears to be on target. Consensus was sponsors and golfers are needed now.

Good of the Pride comments:
Lion Leslye has receive praise and thank you from Project Linus for our current fiscal year involvement of time and resource. Lion Charles briefly brought up the new Club by-laws indicating the vote should possibly occur during the July 13th, 2019 multi-purpose social event at Lion Leslye’s.
