30th annual golf tournament!  We need * a lot * of people to sign up.  We need to get our people rallied, signed up and involved.  Sierra School signed up as a silver sponsor.  We need golfers.

Meeting today with Moffett.  Amy and Jen met with Gary and Rich.  Food service – we secured price as $15 / head (dinner, coffee, juice).  Food choices:  Taco bar, pasta, pasta salad and burgers.

We’ll get a survey out to take pulse on what teams would prefer on food choices.  Beer on the course is still being worked out.  Some type of snack will be offered on course.  There is a pitcher for every foursome that comes off the course.  Both Amy and Jen felt it was a huge win today.

Cost now is $72 per golfer (our cost is $60).  (pricing includes cart)  Targeting 150 golfers.

We still need jobs filled!  Please sign up on the google doc or e mail Amy.

We’re losing Lehigh Cement as a silver sponsor.  There were also 8 players.

OB Sports will be given an honorary silver sponsorship due to the discounts they’re offering us.

We have 7 paid (3 are lions).  We are 40 behind where we were last year at this time.

On 5/19 there will be a dinner and performance by a Johnny Cash impersonator our of Vegas. It’s 65 / person.  If we can fill a table of 8, we’ll get a discount.  Let Amy know if you’re interested.
