PM Meeting Review –
• 39th annual food drive was the best we have ever had thanks to all Lion volun- teers and friends of volunteers. Special thanks to Lion Claire and Lion Jen for their organizing it and making it such a great success by feeding 173 families with the extra going to Sunnyvale community services and West Valley com- munity services. After all expenses the club also had a positive cash flow of $500. Lion Jenni said the families from Hughes elementary wanted to thank us

but did not know who to thank. Next we year we will put up a club banner so they know where the food comes from.
• Annual crab feed will be on February 9, 2019 at Saint Lawrence community center in Santa Clara. Lion Carl sent out an email with the contact information for the chair members of the event. Lion Steve signed a new contract with Saint Lawrence with includes us paying for the dishwasher to be fixed and get- ting a reduction in price of the hall. We will do the salad prep at Saint Lawrence this year instead of Buscher High School. Lion carl said he has talked with the Fish Market and they will support us again this year. It was de- cided that we need approximately 30 Leo’s for each shift. The cleanup party will be at Lion Steve’s home on Sunday morning.
Christmas Party – Lion Ray talked about the upcoming Christmas party to be held at his home this Saturday December 8, 2018. Lion Mort said the “Bluebells” would be in attendance for music and song. Lion Kent said the mayor of Cuper- tino will be attending and might be interested in joining the club.
Good of the Order – Lion Al said he delivered 60 Teddy Bears to the Saratoga Lions teddy bear drive for the police and fire departments to give to children in stressful situations.
