Student Speaker Contest 2026 – Final event was on June 13, 2026
District 4-C6 had a contestant in the State Level Contest held June 13th in Anaheim, California. It was Brinda P. Brinda was sponsored by the Cupertino De Anza Lions Club. She is a sophomore at Lynbrook High School.
The topic was
“Youth Mental Health: Overcoming Barriers to Well-Being”.
She made it from Club, Zone, Region, District and Area to the Finals.
She did a great job in the contest but did not win this year, however, she will be back!!
A contestant from 4-A2 won the contest.
The topic for next year is:
“Should we return to Teaching Life Skills in the High School experience?”
