We will follow all CDC/Santa Clara County Covid guidelines. Lion Steve said we currently $1,947 so far in raffle and auction prizes. The Warrior and Saratoga light theater have specific dates the they need to be used on or bye. Lion Carl passed around the sign up sheet for volunteers to sign up for a specific task. Lion Carl sent out an email volunteer sheet but only had 31 members reply out of the 45 members we have. Lion John Smith said he might have a few volunteers pending vaccination status. Lion Carl said at this time the CDC/Santa Clara County guidelines to not require it but that could change any day. Currently we have 22 volunteers for the first shift and we need 44. Currently crab is running $16/lb and we serve approximately 1.9 lbs. per person which comes out between $28-$32 per person. Lion Kent said that the Leo’s were a concern as volunteers because the School Principle and parents have to say yes and with COVID-19 that does not look promising. Next Friday February 7th is the deadline for Leo signups. We might have only one seating. It was suggested that we might reach out to the San Jose West Valley – Campbell Lions club to see if they would like to help. A final decision will be made by February 1st. Discussions are still going on whether we can do To-Go orders.

Camp Via West – Lion Joan said the winter crops are doing well. Still harvesting some fall crops but very little.

Golf Tournament – We have started checking out venues for the annual golf tournament. Lion Ray contacted Spring Valley Golf Course. Lion Ron will checked out Los Lagos and Lion Eli said he has had no response from Santa Teresa. Most courses will not have a tournament on Saturday’s so we will look for a Monday.
