Great value! Great fun! The Annual DeAnza Lions Charity Golf Classic is a fun-filled event for golfers of all skill levels held this year in June at the Golf Club at Moffett Field. Proceeds from the event support the Lions community charity programs. Contribution is $120 until May 30th and $130 after that. Your donation entitles each golfer to:
- 18-hole scramble tournament with cart
- Range balls
- A bountiful goodie-bag
- Coffee, juice and pastries
- Catered dinner

- Putting contest, Hit the green, men’s and women’s closest to pin and longest drive
- Raffle and silent auction of fabulous retailer donations worth thousands of dollars
Our Golf Classic is always considered one of the most enjoyable charity tournaments in the area. It’s an event you don’t want to miss!
Event times:
- Shotgun start 11:00 AM
- Registration and driving range open at 9:30 AM
Become A Sponsor
Individuals and businesses may be tournament sponsors at various levels of recognition.
Tee Sponsor
For a $100 donation we will put your name and logo on a tee sign placed on one of the 18 tees on the course and list your name on the sponsor board displayed at the awards dinner.
Event Sponsor
Underwrite one of the tournament activities and your name will be associated with the event and listed on the sponsor board. Examples of events:
- Food – $400
- Beverages – $300
- Longest drive – $200
- Closest to the pin – $200
- Putting contest – $200
- Hit the green – $200
Major Tournament Sponsors
A donation of $500 or more will make you a major sponsor. Depending on the level of sponsorship, Major Sponsors receive:

- Your name printed on the major sponsor banner displayed during the tournament and other major Lions events
