Charter Night – 49th Club Anniversary

A big shout out to our club!

Our 49th annual charter night was one on the best I have attended. Thanks to Lions Eli and Jill, the program was funny, poignant and makes us all proud to be Lions.

Lion Jeff’s 10 reasons to be a Lion were on the mark. District Governor Bob Stewart’s speech was a down-to-earth reminder that we are here to serve and we can only continue to serve the community by enlisting others to join and help.

The tribute and lifetime membership presented to Lion Jim for his 32 years of service was the highlight of the evening. We are all here due to the Lions that preceded us and we build on their work.

Thanks for Lion Jim’s dedication to the Cupertino DeAnza Lions.
